Ningbo Yinzhou Zhi Yuan Hardware&Plastic Factory is a professional agricultural&garden irrigation products manufacturer who was established in year 2015 in Ningbo, China.Our factory is mainly specialized in producing and trading on various plastic agricultural irrigation pipe fittings:couplings,tees,elbows,crosses,bushings,adapters,caps,plugs,nipples,risers,emitters,sprinkler head,sprayers,clamp saddles,etc.As we are located in Ningbo city,Zhejiang province,Ningbo has one of the largest sea ports in the world,the shipment by sea is very convenient,timely and cost-effective from Ningbo to most of the countries around the globe.

We have 6 pieces plastic injection molding machines with several auxiliary equipment,the injection capacities of our machines are 45g,125g,200g and 400g.The workshop and warehouse cover an area of 1000 square meters approximately,and all of our workers and technicians have more than 10 years’ experiences in the plastic injection molding industry.There are hundreds of pipe fittings in the irrigation field,most of them are made by PVC,PP,ABS,PE and nylon materials,and all of these materials are eco-friendly and durable.The regular sizes are 1/2’’,3/4’’,1’’,1-1/2’’,1-1/4’’,2’’,2-1/2’’,3’’,4’’,6’’,8’’ and so on.And the working pressures of pipe fittings are PN06,PN10 and PN16 in the agricultural irrigation system.The customization ability is one of our core abilities,OEM service will be available and welcome,and some irregular fittings can be made according to your designs and requirements.
